Mill Street Residence is an assisted living community designed to meet the housing and health care needs for senior adults. Apartments are rented on either a day-to-day (respite care) or a month-to-month basis. Included in the monthly fee are the following services:

• meals (two per day; third optional)
• basic cable TV and local telephone
• afternoon snack
• activity programs
• emergency call
• scheduled van transportation
• 24-hour on-site staff
• controlled access to building
• heat, electricity and air conditioning
• daily “I’m O.K.” check
• complimentary laundry facilities
• water, sewer, trash removal
• off-street parking with electrical hookups

Mill Street Residence provides our tenants with a wide range of personal care and nursing services. In order to offer a predictable fee structure for all our tenants, we have developed a level of care program to address individual health and service needs. Service included in each level of care may include any combination of the following: RN supervision and oversight, weekly wellness clinic, routine communication related to changes in health or care level needs, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), weekly medication setup, medication reminders and/or administration, foot care, one person assistance with transfers, assistance with shower or whirlpool bath, blood draws for lab work, monitoring of blood sugars, escorts to meals and activities and assistance with toileting and continence needs.
