At Mill Street Residence, our focus is on SERVICE. We strive to make life just a little bit easier for our tenants and that starts from the moment you enter our doors. Front office staff is available to provide assistance, answer questions, respond to calls and greet visitors. Our full-service kitchen offers an expanded menu of nutritious, home-cooked meals with breakfast, lunch and dinner being served daily with friends and neighbors in our dining room.

 

 

 

If housekeeping and/or maintenance problems are an issue for you, our staff provides weekly cleaning as well as timely repairs or modifications to your apartment. Exercise class, current events, bible study, playing cards, crafts, gardening, baking, movies plus many outings for cultural and entertainment events are organized as to the wishes of our tenants. In addition, home care services are available 24-hours a day to ensure that our tenant’s health and personal care needs are met on a routine and/or emergent basis. Transportation to medical appointments is provided at no extra cost and we also offer a valet service for those who still drive.

 

As an assisted living community, Mill Street Residence was designed to meet the housing and health care needs of senior adults. Apartments can be rented on either a day-to-day (respite care) or month-to-month basis with the following services being included in the daily or monthly rental fee:
